Supplies needed are a bowl and spoon or whisk; baking soda; Epsom salt; cornstarch; citric acid; water; oil (almond, coconut or baby oil); and some kind of mold (silicone mold, muffin tin, plastic egg, etc.). Optional are soap dye/food coloring and essential oil/fragrance oil.
