Join your community during the month of June as we work together to fold 1,000 origami cranes and celebrate our Asian-American communities.

An ancient Japanese legend says that anyone who folds a thousand paper cranes will be granted a wish. Visit www.tulsalibrary.org/asianamericanfestival for an instructional video and more information on the project. Origami kits with instructions are available at curbside pickup at Hardesty Regional, Rudisill Regional, Zarrow Regional, Martin Regional and Central libraries. You may drop off completed cranes at these locations from June 15-30. We will assemble 1,000 cranes for display in early July.
