Join the African-American Resource Center for a virtual celebration of Kwanzaa as we commit to honor African-American culture and heritage in the coming year.
Join us in welcoming the Greater Tulsa African-American Affairs Commission members, Highbridge Voices of the Bronx and New York's After School Program singing "Glory"; Maybelle Wallace and Sonya Wallace (Theatre North); noted artist Kelli McLoud-Shingen, World Stage Theater Company; spoken word artist Phetote M'Shairi; Millard Latimer II; Jean Neal; Keith Jemison; and Carla, Roger and Ebony Clark plus a host of gifted and talented community members for our "Mamanem" Talent presentation and ceremony. Commemorate 1921 and commit to 2021's promise.
A treat for the whole community, the Kwanzaa commemorative program will air live here: https://www.youtube.com/TulsaLibrary.
