Great Decisions is America’s largest civic-education program on U.S. foreign policy and global affairs. The Great Decisions program is produced by the Foreign Policy Association to provide guidelines for starting and promoting Great Decisions discussion groups. It began in 1954 and the program has been active in Tulsa through the Friends of the Tulsa City-County Libraries for close to 50 years.
The 2021 topics are: "Global Supply Chains and National Security," "Persian Gulf Security Issues," "Brexit and the European Union," "Struggles Over the Melting Arctic," "China's Role in Africa," "The Korean Peninsula," "Roles of International Organizations in a Global Pandemic" and "The End of Globalization?".
Sponsored by Friends of the Tulsa City-County Libraries. Email Friends@TulsaLibrary.org for the Zoom link.
This event will be held virtually.
