U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) staff will describe the resources and services of the USPTO for inventors, entrepreneurs and businesses, and how to use them.
Designed for the layperson, this workshop will cover patent and trademark research, application procedures, and how the public can make the best use of USPTO intellectual property services and resources. Most patent and trademark research tools and the application process are available online. Peter Choi, supervisory patent examiner, will be among the USPTO presenters.
