Hear international speaker and author Dan Mugera, founder and executive director of the African Centre for Public Speaking, which specializes in leadership development, public speaking and coaching.

The author of "Speaking From the Heart" and soon-to-be published "Eradicating a Poverty Mentality," Mugera knows that when interacting in the business world, it is important to lead from the heart – not just from the head. In this presentation, business leaders will embrace principles of acknowledging and honoring the emotional needs of employees to be valued, respected and listened to. Sponsored by the Tulsa Library Trust. Location: Ancestral Hall
