Últimamente, nuestra ansiedad está en su punto más alto. Tome el curso MindfulMoments para aprender técnicas de atención plena para reconocer sus emociones.

Para adolescentes y jovenes: ¿Está interesado en aprender habilidades que le ayuden a calmarse y centrarse en cualquier entorno? ¿Responder a una situación de manera eficaz en lugar de reaccionar impulsivamente a ella? ¿Estás ansioso por crear un espacio para ti? Únase a nosotros en una sesión virtual para aprender la habilidad de la atención plena. En esta clase, le enseñaremos prácticas que le permitirán ser más consciente de dónde se encuentra y lo que está haciendo, sin volverse demasiado reactivo o abrumado por lo que sucede a su alrededor. Si bien requiere práctica, esta sesión será el primer paso para ayudarlo a crear y encarnar la calma cuando el caos parezca estallar a su alrededor.

Los participantes pueden registrarse para cualquiera o todas las sesiones de esta serie de tres semanas (12, 19, 26 de abril); cada sesión contará con material nuevo; Se enviará un enlace de Zoom por correo electrónico antes de cada sesión. Los padres / tutores pueden acompañar a los preadolescentes / adolescentes. ¡Regalaremos una tarjeta de regalo de $ 25 al final de cada sesión a uno los asistentes presentes al final de la sesión!
