Amor Towles will be in Tulsa Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 to give a free public presentation and receive the 2023 Peggy V. Helmerich Distinguished Author Award at a black-tie gala at Central Library.

The award is given by the Tulsa City-County Library and Tulsa Library Trust.
