Adrian Alexander, member of the Peggy V. Helmerich Distinguished Author Award Selection Committee, will present a retrospective on the works of Colson Whitehead prior to his visit to Tulsa to receive the 2026 Helmerich Award on Dec. 3 and 4. Presented by Friends of the Tulsa City-County Libraries.
