About “I’d Rather Be a Hummingbird”

Sometimes problems seem too big or overwhelming for one individual to make a difference no matter your size. Little Nigel the beaver can’t wait to grow up because he just seems to be too little to make a difference. When a forest fire breaks out, all the creatures of the forest run away or stand panic stricken waiting for someone else to solve the problem. Only the little hummingbird dares to help. Nigel learns that size does not matter but we all have to do the best that we can! A touching musical adaptation celebrating American wildlife.

About "Prairie Songs"

The great American prairie. Home to rattlesnakes, eagles, prairie dogs, and … dancing chickens? Through the magic of marionettes, StoneLion Puppet Theatre brings the majesty of the prairie to you with plenty of humor for audiences of all ages.
